SIGEP Giovani is an initiative by SIGEP, in collaboration with 'Pasticceria Internazionale' and various exhibiting companies, hospitality schools, and professional institutes across Italy. Established over 35 years ago, it aims to promote training and offer students the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in school through practical experiences, internships, and competitions within the artisan gelato, pastry, bakery, and coffee sectors.
