Fast forward to today, with a team of over 1900 employees, Modern Bakery has become a cornerstone in the UAE's culinary landscape. We proudly serve a wide range of clients, including fast-food restaurants, the hospitality industry, retail outlets, and international markets through our export operations.
Our state-of-the-art production facilities at MB are equipped with 2 AMF Bun & Rolls lines and 6 Arabic bread lines, operating 365 days in a year. This continuous operation produce an extensive portfolio comprising nearly 800 types of bread, pastries, confectioneries, and sweets. Our investment, unwavering efforts and commitment have satisfied the demanding quality standards of the local market and laid the foundation for meeting international market's expectations.
