Interfel, established in 1976, is the French Interprofessional Association of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables. It brings together all sectors of the fresh fruit and vegetable supply chain, including production, shipping, import/export, wholesale, and Distributors (supermarkets, specialized Retails, and collective catering). Interfel's mission is to collectively address common challenges within the industry, implement medium and long-term strategies to create a favorable economic environment for operators, defend the interests of professionals it represents, and act as an advisory body to its members. Recognized by French public authorities and the European Union, Interfel is authorized to develop interprofessional agreements that have the force of law.
