Established in 2002, Al Amir Food Industries L.L.C. is one of the largest pulse processing facilities in the United Arab Emirates. With 16 processing lines across different emirates, the company specializes in milling and value-added processing of pulses, spices, nuts, and cereals. Leveraging three generations of expertise originating from India, Al Amir has grown significantly, achieving an annual processing capacity of over 360, 000 metric tons. The company is among the top three pulse processors in the Middle East and received the highest exporter award from the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2017.
