The company focuses primarily on horse mackerel caught off Karatsu and Nagasaki, leveraging the rich Tsushima Current. Their product line has expanded from initial dried whole sardines sold at local supermarkets to include dried or cut/filleted fish targeting supermarkets, school and hospital feeding services, and restaurant dishes nationwide. YOSHIMARU is also working on expanding its sales channels to North America.
