The Restaurant Association of Vietnam (RAV) is a social enterprise established in 2017, focusing on the development of the food, beverage, and restaurant industry in Vietnam. Operating on a public-private cooperation model, RAV aims to support and encourage growth within the foodservice sector. In 2019, RAV signed an MOU with restaurant associations from Singapore, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines to form the ASEAN Restaurant Associations Alliance.
