The acquisition of the Australian Lamb Company in 2022 for AUD 400 million expanded Minerva Foods' footprint in the Australian meat industry. The company operates two processing facilities in Victoria, with a capacity to process up to 3.78 million heads annually, equivalent to around 100,000 tonnes of lamb and sheep meat.
