The company exports premium chilled and frozen Irish beef products to international markets, including Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. With nearly 200 employees, Ashbourne operates two facilities in Ireland: a slaughtering and cold-storage facility in Roscrea, Co. Tipperary, and a deboning and cold storage facility in Naas, Co. Kildare.
