ゆあさ農園, located at the foot of Mount Haruna in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture, has been cultivating, processing, and selling organic JAS-certified plums for over 100 years, spanning five generations. Specializing in the rare organic 'umeboshi' (pickled plums), which constitute only about 1% of the domestic market, the farm adheres to environmentally friendly agricultural practices. They avoid the use of synthetic pesticides, chemical fertilizers, animal-based compost, and herbicides, ensuring additive-free products made solely with plums and salt. Their offerings include traditional umeboshi, the innovative 'Kakeru Ume' series, and various unique plum-processed products.
