Yamaoka Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. is a sake brewing company located in Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, which took over a sake brewery that was founded during the Horeki era (1751-1764) in the middle of the Edo period, and continues to produce sake that goes along with the local food culture. We work with local farmers to grow sake rice such as Kameno, Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Shinsenbon, and produce traditional and unique sake. The main brands include Zuikan'' and Kowappa,'' which are characterized by their mellow and dry taste.
