Vacmet America’s LLC (VAL) is a domestic Limited Liability Company registered in the State of Texas in 2022. It will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Vacmet India Limited (VIL). VIL is a leading manufacturer of packaging products (BOPP & BOPET films, metalized paper) based out of India, with a turnover of over USD 400 million. VAL was incorporated on July 28, 2022, and will be the North America Sales, Service and Business Development office for VIL. Vacmet India Limited (Vacmet/Company) was established in 1993. Vacmet has four manufacturing facilities based at Kosi, Chhata, Mathura District, Uttar Pradesh, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh of India spread over an area of 1,00,000 square meters. Presently, with a team of over 1900 employees, Vacmet India Limited also has strong international presence through its wholly owned marketing subsidiary in London – Vacmet Europe, U.K. and Vacmet Holland, Netherland caters to its U.K. and European customer base. Approx. 25% of existing revenue is generated from exports to more than 70 countries.
