The College of Agriculture, Food and Environmental Sciences (CAFES) at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls has been providing agricultural education and research since 1912. Known for its hands-on learning, the college operates two laboratory farms where students gain practical experience with dairy, beef, swine, and crop production. The college offers 16 majors, including Dairy Science, Agricultural Business, and Food Science, with a strong focus on sustainability, animal science, and environmental stewardship. CAFES also hosts numerous student organizations and is home to the Dairy Innovation Hub, a collaborative research initiative with other UW campuses.
