U.S. Championship Cheese Contest, World Championship Cheese Contest, CheeseCon, CheeseExpo, Leadership and Workforce Training
The Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA) is a non-profit organization that has been serving the dairy industry since 1891. WCMA provides support, advocacy, education, and industry networking for cheesemakers, buttermakers, and whey processors across Wisconsin and beyond. It hosts events such as the U.S. Championship Cheese Contest, World Championship Cheese Contest, CheeseCon, and CheeseExpo to promote the dairy industry. WCMA also offers educational programs, leadership training, and supports dairy safety through collaborations with the Center for Dairy Research and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin.
