Ublo is specialized in designing and developing bottle blowing machines for high speed lines up to 30 000 bottles/hour and for 50 ml up to 1000 ml. Our machines are based on an innovative technology for blowing bottles starting from plastic sheeting in reels. This solution allows to produce very competitive packaging (bottles, cup, jars, ...) directly in line with filling machine and is especially well adapted for food, personal and home care applications. Today our technology allows also to produce soft, flexible packaging with fancy shapes for stand up poaches applications (doypack type). Ublo technology allows to blow easily very light packaging, from a wide range of materials and for many applications. Thanks to the use of reels of plastic sheet, Ublo blowing solution does not need any melted plastic processing such as extrusion or injection on packaging site.
