Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd. (GCMMF), established in 1973, is India's largest food product marketing organization. It operates under the brand name 'Amul' and is renowned for spearheading India's White Revolution, making the country one of the largest producers of milk and dairy products globally. GCMMF is a cooperative federation of 18 district milk producers' unions, representing over 3.6 million milk producers across 33 districts of Gujarat. The federation's daily milk procurement averages around 28 million liters, and its annual turnover for the financial year 2021-22 was approximately US$6 billion.
