Dr. Y.S.R. Horticultural University, established in 2007, is dedicated to education, research, and extension in the field of horticulture. It was set up by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and is the second horticultural university in the country. The university is committed to improving the production and productivity of horticultural crops, promoting sustainable development, and enhancing the socio-economic conditions of farmers through advanced education and research.
