The National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) is a division of the USDA, dedicated to collecting and providing timely, accurate, and useful statistics in service to U.S. agriculture. NASS conducts hundreds of surveys every year covering a wide range of agricultural data, from crops and livestock to economic statistics, and plays a key role in the Census of Agriculture.
