Paisley offers distinct wines using traditional and emerging varieties sourced from generational grape growing families in the Barossa and nearby regions. Traditional offerings include the Barossa trilogy of Shiraz, Grenache & Mataro. Premium old vine Riesling comes from altitude in the cool climate Eden Valley and emerging varietals include expressive Tempranillo and Estate grown Fiano will excite Good Food and Wine guests. Winemaker Derek has explored Barossa terroirs in the Paisley Texture range, three premium Shiraz wines highlighting different aspects of this famous wine region.
