Tokushima Shiitake Farm cultivates and sells Tokushima Prefecture's branded shiitake mushroom "Tenkeiko". Tenkeitake is a rare shiitake mushroom that was created after 12 years of development, and is characterized by its diameter of over 7cm and the umami content (guanylic acid) that is about three times that of regular shiitake mushrooms. Tokushima Shiitake Farm provides safe and secure shiitake mushrooms that are cultivated in a fungal bed using only domestically produced organic ingredients and do not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
