Toa Foods Industry Co., Ltd. is a dried noodle manufacturer founded in 1945 in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture. The Banshu area boasts the highest production volume of dried noodles in Japan, and the company uses carefully selected ingredients to manufacture dried noodles such as hand-stretched somen, udon, and soba using traditional manufacturing methods. We are leading the industry in quality control and safety, having obtained dried noodle HACCP certification in 2002, ISO 22000 certification in 2005, FSSC 22000 certification in 2012, and the first Halal certification for dried noodles in Japan in 2014. .
