Peter Seafood Company Limited was established in 2012 and is committed to promoting local high-quality seafood and changing the perceptions of foreign chefs that local seafood is unclean. The company uses ozone technology for sterilization and cooperates with fishermen to treat fish using the Japanese blood method to extend the freshness of the fish for 10 days. In 2019, the company took over the home of an old local fisherman and passed on traditional wisdom. In 2023, the company set up its own factory and obtained international food safety certifications HACCP and ISO 22000.
