The Spanish Poultry Meat Association -AVIANZA-, emerges as a key player in the global poultry industry, representing 43 companies that collectively integrate over 95% of the Spanish poultry meat market, with currently more than 5000 farms, 281 slaughterhouses and cutting plants, as well as more than 40.000 employees working for the meat poultry industry in Spain. Ten leading companies within AVIANZA concentrate an impressive 90% of the poultry meat production. This¡ concentration underscores the efficiency and expertise present within our association, positioning AVIANZA as a formidable force in the industry.
