The Smolensk Galloway Breeding Centre, established in 2011, is a family-owned farm specializing in breeding Galloway cattle, a unique beef breed known for its resilience and high-quality meat. Starting with 71 heads imported from Germany, the farm has expanded to 550 heads by early 2023. Their Galloway cattle are well-adapted to harsh climates, requiring minimal feed while producing premium beef with a rich, spicy flavor. The farm also offers guided tours and engages in educational initiatives to promote cattle farming.
