For three generations, we have strived to produce high-quality Wagyu beef by creating a stress-free environment for the cows and using a uniquely formulated feed. We also operate a directly managed yakiniku restaurant, ``Sandaime Shimomura Beef,'' and provide our own brand of wagyu beef directly to consumers.
