Sasanaga Jozo Co., Ltd. is a long-established brewery manufacturer in Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, founded in 1906. Since our founding, we have been manufacturing and selling miso, soy sauce, tsuyu, and other products with the motto of "quality first." In particular, we use Hayachine Reisui, the underground water from Mt. Hayachine, as brewing water, and work to create products that combine traditional manufacturing methods with the latest technology. Our main product, ``Long-established Aji Tsuyu,'' is highly acclaimed as a soup that takes the time to make dashi from dried bonito flakes, and is additive-free and brings out the natural flavor. We are also focusing on product development that utilizes local specialties, and we also offer unique products such as soy sauce and miso for yogurt.
