Established in 1998, PDK Shellfish Limited is a Scottish company specializing in the procurement and export of live shellfish, including brown crab, velvet crab, lobster, prawns, shrimp, and winkles. Sourcing directly from fishing vessels across the Scottish islands and mainland ports, the company ensures high-quality produce by transporting shellfish in chilled, aerated water to their facility in Oban. Orders are then dispatched using specialized vivier lorries to various European markets.
