Noccioleria, a registered trademark of Azienda Agricola Rapalino Saverio, is a family-owned agricultural enterprise located in Benevello, Cuneo, Italy. Founded in the early 20th century by Giacomo and Guido Rapalino, the company is now managed by Saverio Rapalino, who oversees approximately 30 hectares of hazelnut orchards and a livestock farm with around 70 heads of cattle. Committed to eco-friendly practices, Noccioleria minimizes the use of pesticides and employs organic fertilization methods. Since 2011, the company has been processing its own hazelnuts, offering semi-finished products directly traceable from the producer to the end user, ensuring high quality and authenticity.
