Nocciole d'Elite is a family-owned agricultural company located in Cravanzana, in the Alta Langa region of Cuneo, Italy. With over 50 years of experience, the company cultivates 25 hectares of hazelnut groves, specifically the 'Tonda Gentile delle Langhe' variety, certified as Nocciola Piemonte I.G.P. They manage the entire production process in-house, from harvesting to processing, producing raw and roasted hazelnuts, as well as derivatives like paste, granules, and flour. Their products are sold to the confectionery industry, specialty stores, and directly through their on-site showroom.
