Nippon Export and Investment Insurance Co., Ltd. (NEXI) was established in April 2017 from an independent administrative agency as a special company fully funded by the government. As Japan's export credit agency (ECA), we support the healthy development of foreign trade by providing trade insurance that covers risks associated with exports, investments, and loans for companies. In particular, we support the overseas expansion of Japanese companies by providing insurance against risks that cannot be covered by regular insurance.
