Mosmieri is a boutique winery located in the Tsinandali micro-zone of the Kakheti region in eastern Georgia. Dedicated to producing high-quality premium wines, Mosmieri employs both modern and traditional Georgian winemaking techniques. The winery is equipped with temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and a classic Georgian cellar, or 'marani, ' housing 24 large clay vessels (qvevri) set into the ground. For aging, French oak barrels sourced from Burgundy are utilized. The annual production capacity is approximately 180, 000 bottles. In addition to winemaking, Mosmieri offers a restaurant with a veranda accommodating up to 200 guests, culinary masterclasses, wine tastings, and a conference hall suitable for business meetings and workshops.
