Miwazakura Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. is a sake brewery located in Miwa-cho, Miyoshi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, founded in 1923 (Taisho 12). In an environment blessed with clear air and clean water, we brew sake using traditional methods using Hattan Nishiki, Hattan, and Senbon Nishiki rice, which are suitable for sake brewing. By growing the rice in-house, polishing the rice through in-house rice milling, and creating a strong koji, we aim to create sake that brings out the maximum flavor of the sake rice, with an awareness of the balance between taste and aroma. Their representative brand is ``Miwazakura,'' and they continue to produce sake that is rooted in the region.
