Our company MAGOULITSA Trading was established in 2016 with a goal to be the first local company that produces fresh, quality made dips. Within 7 years MAGOULITSA became a household name disrupting the existing market of dips and condiments and is currently the market leader in a number of supermarkets. We offer a number of products such as hummus, tahini, muhammara and of course our flagship product, Taramosalata, that is distinguished by its pale colour and refined texture. We use fresh 100% lemon juice and fresh herbs in all of our products all year around. In 2023 a new line of falafel production has been developed and we offer herby falafel ( full of fresh herbs such as mint, parsley, dill etc) and sweet potato falafel.
