Le Milieu Co., Ltd. is a winery located in Azumino City, Nagano Prefecture, and uses grapes and apples purchased from its own fields and contracted farmers to produce wines and ciders that make use of the characteristics of the region. We are also actively working on regional revitalization, such as by clearing abandoned farmland and regenerating vineyards. As a small winery, we aim to provide high-quality products and create wines that remain on people's tables and in their hearts.
