Le Hameau des Ollieux, part of Château Ollieux Romanis, is a family-owned vineyard established in 1860 in the Boutenac terroir of the Languedoc region, France. The estate spans 65 hectares and has been managed by the Bories family since its inception. Committed to sustainable practices, the vineyard is cultivated without herbicides or pesticides and is in the process of organic conversion. The estate produces a range of wines, including the notable 'Le Hameau des Ollieux' cuvée, which has received acclaim for its quality and expression of the Corbières appellation.
