The farm houses over 10,000 Holstein cows and is the backbone of Lamar’s dairy production. The farm specializes in the cultivation of various crops, including pomegranates, grapes, corn, and green fodder to feed the cows. Lamar is also the largest grape farm in Egypt, producing four different types of grapes: Flame Seedless Red, Crimson Seedless Red, Thompson Seedless Green, and Superior Seedless Green.
