Koyama Seimen Co., Ltd. was founded in 1960 and manufactures and sells dried and semi-raw noodles in the rich natural environment of Isawa, Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture. We offer a diverse product lineup, including our main product Tororodon,'' as well as the Perokko'' series, cold noodles, Jajamen, Wanko Soba, and ramen. In particular, the directly managed online shop sells udon scraps, bargain products, and even the much-talked-about biang biang noodles. With the aim of strengthening quality control, we acquired "Dried Noodle HACCP" and "FSSC22000" certification in 2018, and are striving to manufacture safe and secure products. As a result, we manufacture private brand products for consumer cooperatives and the high-end supermarket Meijiya, as well as export them to more than 10 countries overseas.
