Founded in 1962, the Japan Bakery & Confectionery Machinery Manufacturers' Association (JBCM) unites Japan's key manufacturers in the bakery and confectionery machinery industry. The association is dedicated to advancing the technological development of bakery and confectionery machinery and supporting its members' growth, both domestically and internationally. JBCM organizes the prestigious MOBAC Show, a biennial international exhibition showcasing the latest innovations in machinery and equipment for the bakery and confectionery industries.
