Hong Kong City Brewing Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 and is located in Tsuen Wan. It is a local craft beer brewery in Hong Kong. Inspired by local stories, the company brews a variety of handcrafted beers that are loved by Hong Kong people, such as Hong Kong Girl IPA, Hong Kong Boy Stout, etc. In 2021, the company launched the "Honeymoon" sparkling mead series fermented with pure honey, using local honey and combining the flavor of champagne with the sweetness of honey. However, due to the decline in the retail catering market and increasing economic pressure, the company announced its closure at the end of 2024.
