Hananomai Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. is a sake brewery located in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and was founded in 1864. Using 100% sake rice grown in Shizuoka Prefecture, we manufacture and sell sake with specific names such as Daiginjo, Junmai Sake, and Honjozo. By pursuing traditional techniques and creating new value, we are increasing the value of local sake.
