Established in 1950, Geraldton Fishermen's Co-operative (GFC) is the world’s largest exporter of Western Rock Lobster. The co-operative is 100% owned by its fishermen and license holders, ensuring complete control over product quality from the ocean to the market. GFC is renowned for its premium Brolos brand lobsters, wild-caught daily from the pristine waters of Western Australia. The co-operative also emphasizes sustainable fishing practices, earning Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification. GFC operates facilities along over 1000 km of coastline and supports local communities through its operations.
