Established in 1935, Yörükoğulları Gıda Sanayi A.Ş., operating under the brand name Evren Flour, is a prominent Turkish company specializing in the production of various types of wheat flour. Starting with a small regional mill, the company expanded its operations by establishing its first factory in 1973 with a daily capacity of 40 tons. Through continuous modernization, the total daily capacity has now reached 350 tons. The factory, located in Keşan district of Edirne province, serves both domestic and international markets, offering products such as bread wheat flour, whole wheat flour, and specialty flours for different culinary applications.
