The Danish Agriculture & Food Council (DAFC) represents the farming and food industry of Denmark, including companies, trade associations, and farmers' organizations. It is the largest competence cluster in Denmark, employing around 186,000 people and exporting agricultural products, food, and equipment worth approximately €20 billion annually. DAFC is committed to promoting the political influence of the agricultural sector, offering cost-effective services to its members, and implementing research and development programs focused on food safety, animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and energy efficiency.
