PalletWorks includes everything required for an enterprise-level tracking and labeling solution. It not only integrates with packaging and labeling hardware on the plant floor, but also communicates with existing controls and ERP systems. This unrivaled and complete integration makes PalletWorks an ideal solution for increasing production accuracy and simplifying tasks at the end of the line, all through a single vendor. PalletWorks manages the order fulfillment process by automatically recording each item created on the production line, printing and applying a customizable label to the packaging, verifying that the label is human and machine readable, tracking the pallet the new item was stacked upon, and then synchronizing production data with the ERP system. Operation can be fully automated and managed through the PalletWorks portal, a web-based interface for viewing and managing production data. Unlike most custom solutions built in-house, PalletWorks offers operators an easy way to make bulk corrections on mislabeled products or apply corrections against an entire production run before any data is sent to the ERP system.
