Bergami Packaging Solutions was founded in 1982 and in these 40 years of activity has specialized in the design and construction of automatic packaging machines, mainly for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical markets. At the beginning of the Nineties, Bergami began to promote its Tube Filling, cartoning, and wrapping machines, which also conform to GMP standards, due to their compactness, flexibility and functionality. Bergami’s machines are in fact “Balcony-Designed” and for this reason easy to clean and maintain. Our innovative technology allows a quick and fast change-over format, run by a single operator in just a few minutes. Bergami is in continuous direct contact with the major world producers, thus developing techniques of construction and software programming more and more sophisticated and able to satisfy every need and request of the customers. Today Bergami is an established reality with more than 2000 machines sold in 45 different countries worldwide. Our manufacturing program includes machines Tube filling with single and double channel, complete with closure systems for all type of tubes, Vertical and Horizontal Cartoning systems for medium and high-speed applications, Wrap-Around Tray-Packer with robotized product feeders, Overwrapping and Bundling machines, Case-Packers, both in Top loading and Side loading configuration, Palletizing Systems and Robot Pick&Place using commercial software platforms. A new range of vacuum turbo-emulsifiers, heated by water or steam with different pressures and volumes according to the requirements was recently presented. Thanks to the experience gained over the years, Bergami also provides its customers with complete packaging lines, also using the industry's leading partners for specific accessories and guaranteeing complete integration with its own machinery. Cosmetic and pharmaceutical markets remain the core business, but not for this reason Bergami neglects the Food, Non-Food, Coffee and Tobacco sectors, where in recent years has developed several commercial collaborations with the major multinational companies. The internal team of specialized technicians is available for every need such as hardware and software upgrades, programmed maintenance and spare parts supply, audits, etc. Getting off from the standards, develop specific technologies for each project thanks to the use of the most modern mechanical and electronic components, improve every day the efficiency of our machines and minimize the presence of the operator when using our machines: this is our daily challenge
