Australian cherries are available from November to February, with various varieties harvested at different times to ensure a prolonged season. Primary markets include Hong Kong, China, Vietnam, and Singapore, and exports make up about 23% of production. The industry prioritizes sustainable practices, superior taste, and maintaining a reputation for high standards, contributing to the fruit's popularity worldwide.
