Anuga FoodTec - international, innovative, successful Innovation and sustainability, collaboration and progress: these keywords shared a stage at Anuga FoodTec 2024. The leading international trade fair for the food and beverage industries once again confirmed its central role as the most important supplier trade fair from 19 to 22 March. As the global meeting point of the industry, it provided a unique platform for the presentation and discussion of the latest innovations and solutions. 'Responsibility' was the top theme of the trade fair and its extensive trade programme, which provided answers and questions from the fields of energy efficiency and resource conservation. New technologies and concepts that are advancing a sustainable management of natural resources along the entire value creation chain were presented. Anuga FoodTec 2024 provided the ideal framework for presenting trends with an impressive expansion of the exhibition space by 46 percent and the participation of around 1.307 companies from around the world. The trade fair drew a total of 40,000 trade visitors from more than 133 countries, which underlines the growing global importance of technical innovations in the food and beverage industries.
