Since 1983, Alimec manufactures complete lines and machines for the production of cakes, muffins, cookies, pastry products, croissants and pizza lines, continually pushing the boundaries of technology and innovation. The Alimec journey began in a small artisan workshop, creating the first machines for the Italian market. As customer demands grew, so did the challenges: boosting hourly production, cutting waste, speeding up format changes, injecting unique fillings, and ensuring perfect ingredient distribution. Countless days and nights were dedicated to discovering ideal solutions. With a dynamic and efficient team, guided by intuitive and competent management, with forward-thinking vision and customer-centric approach, Alimec expanded into international markets, serving both medium-sized companies and large enterprises. In 2023, Alimec opened its subsidiary in Canada, ALIMEC INC., which has been set up to meet the growing demand of a core market such as America and to offer a punctual and precise service with a stable presence.
