Akyüz Süt Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, operating under the brand name Özpey, was founded in 1985 by three brothers as a wholesale food trading company. In 2001, the company began dairy production in Hisarcık, Kütahya, processing 600 liters of milk per day in a 1, 500 m² facility. Today, Özpey processes 60 tons of milk daily in a 3, 000 m² closed area, utilizing modern technology to produce a variety of dairy products, including white cheese, regional cheeses, and butter.
