Aioi Unibio Co., Ltd. is a long-established general liquor manufacturer founded in 1872 in Hekinan City, Aichi Prefecture. We manufacture and sell a wide variety of products, including alcoholic beverages such as mirin, sake, shochu, and whisky, as well as fermented seasonings, bath additives, and health foods. We value quality-oriented manufacturing, such as mirin made using the traditional Mikawa old-style manufacturing method, shochu made from local agricultural products, and whiskey made using our own distillation technology. Furthermore, based on fermentation technology, we are developing products that contribute to a rich diet and good mental and physical health.
