Accurate Box Company is one of the largest independent manufacturers of litho-laminated corrugated packaging in the United States. Lithographic Printing Capabilities We offer lithographic printing capabilities with up to 7 colors plus UV coating in a single pass on both small and large runs while achieving 200-line screen. We provide four different flute profiles (B, D, E, and F flute) and a variety of paper weights to customize packaging solutions that meet your specific needs. Sustainability & Eco-Friendly Practices Our packaging is 100% recyclable, sustainably sourced, and printed with eco-friendly inks. We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact by continually evaluating and optimizing fiber use and increasing recyclables, without compromising performance. Additionally, we leverage rail freight and negotiate competitive backhaul rates to minimize carbon emissions and ensure cost-efficient nationwide shipping. Innovative Design & Structural Expertise Our in-house graphic design and structural engineering teams specialize in developing packaging that excels on automatic filling equipment and stands out in the marketplace. Our quality team also provides box analysis services to help select the ideal flute profile and paper weights for your product. From box strength to graphic integrity, our design process ensures that your packaging performs both functionally and visually. State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Everything is manufactured in our 400,000 sq. ft. facility, located just 15 miles from New York City in a HUB/UEZ Zone. We utilize the latest technology, including Koenig & Bauer Planeta printing presses, Bobst Asitrade laminators, Bobst die cutters, and Bobst folder-gluers. All tooling (plates, dies, and proofs) is made in-house providing quicker turnaround and tremendous flexibility at significant cost savings.
